I have been a patient with Dr Hynes for a long time now and see her every 6 months. She genuinely cares for her patients well being. She is very informative and professional. Her staff is usually very friendly.i only had one issue with a staff member in Feb 2026 who became argumentive and unprofessional. She argued with me accusing I didnt have health insurance and unwilling to listen. She had advised me to go home and reschedule appt. I was stern, one phone call resolved the issue. This senior citizen has a clear mine and still employed and not a pushover.
