Jan 1, 2025, we will no longer be accepting new Medicaid insurances. If you would still like to be seen in our clinic, we will gladly make you an appointment however, you will be charged as self-pay at the time of check-in.
While we accept most insurance plans, it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure any changes to their insurance coverage before their appointment. Please verify that Eye Care Physician & Surgeons is part of your network to avoid any unexpected charges.
We are currently updating ALL patients' records. Please arrive at least 25 minutes early to allow for time to complete these updates.
